Support coverage options

Customer Support provides support to large global and domestic financial institutions and complex financial market infrastructures. SWIFT offers a variety of support coverage options based on your availability, security and resiliency requirements.

Standard support 
The world-class support service level that is provided free of charge to SWIFT India customers.

Beyond Standard support - Standard Plus, Premium Plus and Premium Custom support
Beyond Standard support customers have the option of subscribing for higher levels of support. These are Standard Plus, Premium Plus and Premium Custom. These are defined for medium-sized customers and above that operate business-critical infrastructures and must recover operations in the shortest possible time frames.
